Box Office
Cohoes Music Hall Box Office will be open for in person sales Tuesday-Friday from 11am - 4pm, as well as 90 minutes prior to each event.* Please utilize our elevator entrance at the rear of the building for daytime box office purchases. The box office is on the 2nd floor of the venue.
Box Office Services over the phone are open Tuesday - Friday from 11am - 4pm by calling 518-434-0776, and all phone orders are exempt from the per-ticket fee incurred through our ticketing system for online sales.
Tickets Sales are available 24/7 online, but may include additional processing fees.
*Note: all ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges can be processed, except in the event of an event cancellation. Only official tickets from Patron Manager will be honored.

Accessibility & Elevator Entrance
The Cohoes Music Hall is accessible for persons with disabilities. A passenger elevator services all levels of the theatre. The elevator entrance can be found in the back of the building and is most easily accessed from the municipal parking lot where handicapped spaces are also available. The orchestra and balcony have wheelchair accessible seating and can be ordered by calling 518-434-0776.
The elevator is located at the back of the building, it is accessed from the municipal lot or through the alley. Note, the elevator services every level of the building.
